After your site visit, we’ll send a proposal outlining the recommended work and estimated costs. We’ll explain any design work needed and discuss priorities, so you can choose what to tackle now and what to save for later.

Concept Design

We turn what we learned during your site visit into a detailed landscape design. We map out planting areas, paths and features, then select plants for your yard’s sunlight, soil, moisture and how you want to use the space.

Refine the Design

We’ll walk through the design with you, answer questions, and fine-tune the details. This is where we adjust plant choices, layout, priorities, or scope until the plan feels right for your yard, goals, and budget.

Once the design and scope are approved, we’ll finalize the project details and get your installation on the calendar. We’ll coordinate timing around the season, plant availability, and what works best for your landscape.
